An elderly man, clothed in a long white gown and wearing a funny half moon hat, has indicated he will soon drive onto Randwick Racecourse to mutter prayers in incoherent, broken English.
The man, a German national, who heads a worldwide franchise business based in Rome, has indicated he desires to attract numerous children to his inexplicable performance, leading to fears amongt concerned parents that he may have ulterior motives.
It is know that many of his franchise employees have been convicted or accused of paedophilia in the past.
Police say they are investigating, but cannot act unless an official complaint is made.
