spotted Lote on ABC news queuing up for an iphone at 12 in Sydney last night - not sure if the other wallabies were with him.
61 years between Grand SlamsWas the wait worth it - Ya betta baby
apparently so was Daniel Kerr (or stingray boy as i call him now) from West Coke. I don't see the big deal about the iphone, I have the new nokia N95 8gb and it has all the same features. Is it just a techno nerd thing??

No, it's the people that get suckered into all that so called fashionable stuff but don't actually know enough about the products out there. Apple are the biggest schiesters(sp?) out there....I think Lote and Kerr don't know the first thing about technology, only read what the know nothing media types feed into them...
The Enforcer has an iPhone....
I thought TLH would have one too...

you missed the point were i said my phone had the same/better features ox

I figure it's an Apple thing. Apple people are odd (cf. the nerds lining up for days when the Apple store opened in Sydney the other month).
That said, I'd certainly take an i-phone over the piece of crap I have at the moment. Then again, I reckon I'd rather have Jargs' flash new phone than either of them.
jargan 1 apple 0
Take that techo nerds

^Geez, Apple is not for techno nerds, only for 'fashionistas' who want to act superior. REAL techno nerds would go for the product which is compatible with everything and, in some cases, be modded with all crazy kinds of outcomes. Techno nerds= make it themselves to get the most out of thier money and to make a hugely superior product then the crap Apple puts out.![]()
techno nerd = anyone who lines up for hours to get an iphone

We define techno nerds differently, I define them as those who are actually knowledge-able about technology, I know a few and they would never go for such non-compatible fashion orientated products. But these are the types who build computers from scratch like someone would do up a car.
