Was in the city for the wallabies thing but since there was only 4 guys there, we were done really quickly. Then headed down to pally straight after to watch the boks train. They came and signed stuff and take photos, though some of them went straight to the bus without acknowledging the crowd, eg Ngungane and Watson.
Then after that, went to Wesley College for this talk given by 2 wallabies (Barnes and Waugh). It was a little boring to start off with, but when the questions started coming in from the audience, it started getting really funny.
Kids were asking Waugh what position was his favourite, and Phil sarcastically went "Mate, i love to play flyhalf and inside centre. But i guess the coach thought i was better as a flank." And Berrick talked about how he had to carry around the mascot as part of a tradition, and told some funny stories.
Does Baby Berrick have to take the mascot to bed too?!

From the team they've named and the weather forecasted it looks like the 'boks are going to try and win the game by smashing us through the forwards and putting high balls AAC's way. Pretty standard gameplan from the 'boks. Hopefully this presents Australia with plenty of counter attack opportunities as unstructured situations are the best way for us to expose the 'boks defence. This kind of strategy from the wallabies is going to need the wallabies forwards to be right on their game as the unstructured situations leave us exposed to turnovers at ruck time. Which ever teams forwards get ascendancy in the unstructured situations will determine the result. History suggests a close, physical encounter as with previous Perth test matches.
Wallabies by 8 pts ...
did kankowski?. They came and signed stuff and take photos
BOKKE“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White
Who the f..k is NTT who has posted over 1000 times, but who, as a regular visitor to this site, I have never come across before?
Mate, I've got no problems with people changing their names on the site, but don't be a wanker, announce it first.
Oh, duh, nearthetop , sorry, as you were....
Did I happen to mention I had a great time at the club tonight?
been waiting for a payback for my ill thought out 1st post for a long time ... its still wanker old me, i've learnt to not step on toes though, which was a valuable lesson that you taught me fulvio. im yet to figure out grammar though ...
plus i didn't think it warranted a whole thread ....
No payback mate, just pissed (a little bit any way). It's amazing how one takes offence over nothing and two minutes later realizes what a dick he's been.
posting under the influence is not advised.
duly noted ....
