Almost pointless asking a current player (particularly a 'sader) about the two coaches. Carter can't really go Henry and deals with Smith and Hansen. One thing that has always come across from everybody Deans has coached is that want to play for him. It's a trust thing. Henry is very like he comes across in interviews, smug headmaster of a boys school.
