Election!!

One of the opinion headlines i read in the paper was..."Labor deserves to lose, liberal doesn't deserve to win"...kind of sums it up for mine.

There are some things that make me laugh...
a) Labor has had 8 years to put into action (or at least plan) the things they are promising.
b) Negative campaigning sh*ts me...i dont want to know why the other party shouldnt be elected, i want to know why you should.

There are plenty more, but they're the main two

I know nothing of Australian politics, but the above commentary rings of the truth so well as it applies to my home, I just have to say - F***kin Right On!! So much hypocracy(SP?) on the part of the "Powers That Be" - But it's great that real people can still get together and talk about how full of sh*t the politicos are, so I guess all is not lost.

Both major parties shit me... To express my annoyance, I voted for a minor party which I knew to have preferences to my previously preferred major

By the sounds of it even the greens preferences have gone a bit skew-if- lot of people haven't voted 1 for either major by the looks of it, and done DIY on the preferences.

yeah I reckon that too. A lot of people with heavier mortgages/rents and credit cards voted green (cause there was FA to choose from the 2 parties) so it will be preferences all the way

For Darling Range...there was about 12 on the left and 28 on the right. Thanks to everyone who chose to number all 28 Preferences are not so fun to count!
