Hi all
882 6PR will be calling the trial match on Friday night, so bring your radio or tune in if you can't make the game. Former Wallaby Mitch Hardy has reluctantly stepped down from his specialist commentary duties because of match day commitments and will be replaced by another former Wallaby, John Welborn. Barra will again be there to provide the colour.
Coverage starts at 7.45pm and we'll kick off the year by interviewing Ryan Cross. We'll ask him how the season's shaping up and get him to re-live his test debut before getting into the game.
With two good teams playing in front of a nearly full house, it should be a great night.
Cheers
Mick
Stuck for a gift idea? Grab a copy of "Full-Contact Sudoku. How four rugby mates finally achieve their dream of playing for Australia." Available at all good bookstores and at http://www.harpercollins.com.au/book..._of/index.aspx
Will this coverage also be available online, Mick?
is there no more Foxsports for John Welborn?... he didn't get on well on the air with martin...
It should be. I don't think anyone will remember to flick the 'unstreaming' switch this early in the season, so we should be right. Hopefully.
mick is 6pr only on am not fm?...
Yep, only am. 882 on the dial. And hopefully on www.6pr.com.au as well.

61 years between Grand SlamsWas the wait worth it - Ya betta baby
Good one 6PR, well done and thanks for supporting rugby.
I take my ten year old son with me to all the Force games and it is a great help for him to hear the commentary while he watches as it gives me a chance to take in more of the match as he needs to ask me less questions of what is happening during play.
Thanks again 6 PR
What about the country people?
The Force need to look at expanding the rugby culture to the regions. This is where the rugby champions of the future are coming from.
We want rugby too
