Todays West - a report by Dave Hughes.
The Anderson report into the conduct of John Mitchell is expected to be delivered to RWA Chairman Geoff Stooke this week is unlikely to cause any significant upheaval.
Club insiders say procedural changes to dilute Mitchells absolute authority over the Force program are working well and team harmony is improving ahead of Friday nights game against the Blues.
Force CEO Greg Harris says Force administrators took it upon themsleves to make changes they deemed necessary and noted that Mitchell himself had embraced the sharing of responsibility.
The most significant development was the appointment of Mitch Hardy as Rugby Manager, the creation of a match committee and a more meaningful role for his assistants, who took charge of most of the pre-season preparation - although Mitchell is likely to step up during the season proper.
"We've made a number of adjustments which, from the feedback we are getting, are working well" says Harris.
"The focus is on Super 14 now and we aren't going to change the world in the middle of the season"
