Hi Larry,
The stream you heard was for a non Super 14 game - I'm sorry if I'd been vague - the exclusive nature of the streaming is for the Super 14 which in the past has been totally restricted.
The agreement we have reached only covers Australia and NZ so I'm sorry if you are outside of that area, however for you the situation is no different than it was. What it does do is give those who previously were out of range of radio coverage within Australia, and Perth and Country areas in particular the chance to listen to the Force which is a huge bonus.
Blue and Black - you are correct - We leave the ground about 20 minutes after we go off air, which by the time we have finished Talkback will be around 10.20 - and we're always happy to accept the offer of a beer!
www.perthnow.com.au is Perth's most popular website and they'll have all sorts of info about the game and other sports so while listening to the streaming you can trawl around and catch up on all that is happening in news and sport.
Thanks for the clarification and great job!
Perhaps you could trial a Talkback from the Bowlo Ladies Lounge "Studio's"

Outstanding news
David will Talkback be available via the internet as well? I may just have to get involved with that from Sydney.

Wot who actually got vcash out of the VBookie, who dropped the chips and more importantly who got who's shorts can see his audience passing out with interest
Good to listen to the interviews etc.. on the way back though - often adds another dimension to the post match analysis
61 years between Grand Slams Was the wait worth it - Ya betta baby

I am surprised it took so long though. Things do move slowly here though sometimes (Wait Awhile).

Yes, the Talkback will also be streamed - we're still working out the technicalities but its quite likely the streaming will be available whenever Sport FM is broadcasting.
The profile of the station is obviously going to be raised and we are working on a batch of new shows which will significantly increase the amount of sports news and information available to the Perth public.
We've also decided for a short while to retain the same rates for sponsors of the station as a thank you for their help in keeping it going. Any companies who are looking for a cheap way of getting their message across, and also helping the coverage of sport in the process should consider sponsorship on the station (they're treated like ads effectively). Jason is the contact at Sport FM and can be found on 9418 7700 most weekdays.
Great work Sport FM!!!
Go The Force!
