BOKKE“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

Today also makes me smile. Was such a long, eventful, amusing, inspirational, good day.
Being in France!!! I love love it! Currently in Bordeaux, after a week in Paris, then a night in Le Mans, then 1 more in Mont Saint Michel followed by 2 in the Loire Valley...
Delicious food, even better wine!
Oh and seeing Matt Henjak partnering Jonny Wilkinson in the halves for Toulon on tv... crazy times!

The Dockers game today...they only managed a crowd of 13,000 and they played in the "AFL heartland" of Melbourne. I know it was only Dockers and Demons but we get a bigger crowd to Force home games in an AFL dominated state.
Two teams struggling at the bottom of the ladder usually isn't going to get a big crowd. I don't suppose you caught the crowd for the St Kilda vs Essendon game, Etihad Stadium looked pretty full
