    My bad - Google Earth can now do historical images, not Google Maps ... The resolution doesn;t seem to flash though? probably better in US

    I've just had a look at MES on this. It appears the south Eastern corner is pretty much complete, seems to have seating in place already. The light towers also changed sometime in September, but I'm not sure, it might just be differences in the sunlight.
    EEE Stands still missing though.
