I'm hoping Gits got his leg over a few in Perth in Lord Ted fashion........but alas the times they are a changin'. Illegitimate children have such a chip that their drive to succeed is fanatical.

    Geyer was a Penriff lad
Luke Goodwin? Dead set Sydney boy no?
And who's heard of the rest? case in point
    NRL dingers

Rex, if we are happy label the saffers, kiwis and others who come thru the WA system as "locally produced", we should apply the same to the Mungos shouldn't we? Matt Geyer was playing for Freo while his big Bro was with the Reds - used to go watch them play.

Luke Goodwin came thru the WA juniors just like his brothers. Lord Ted was captain coach of Willagee in the 80's and finished up playing 5/8 for Belmont Steelers @ about 42yo when Dave Brown was captain coach. I thought a Rugby League legend like yourself would know all this stuff.

Not too surprised you haven't but they are NRL players in any case. The post I made was a reply to the assertion that a WA NRL team would rely mostly on "Imports" with just some token locals. Nothing to do with whether they are good enough to play Rugby @ S14 level, or any other level. Up to speed now are we?

The best thing about mungoes is their scant disregard for their teeth
The toothless bogans running around in the politically correct NRL cannot binge drink and resort to acts of extreme violence as in my day.
I miss the softening up period
    The NRL is for pussies

    I agree with Messup
    The NRL is gay
And what's with rugby banning rucking?
    The penalty count has soared
    Moulded souls..............dead set
Bring back the 21mm steel sprigs.....and rucking.........no need for the referee to police the breakdown

    There you go Shasta
    A meaningless list of no-name bogans and he-never-was's (Neville's)
    NRL = Not Really Legitimate
    It's minileague
West of Penriff, nobody gives a sh1t
The saffers and kiwis that have settled in Perth and procreated, have created locals
A list of bogans that nobody has ever heard of is relevant how?

shasta, I've left the Pilbara and have moved back to where I grew up in NSW, Wollongong to be more precise. Don't expect to see any Pilbara boys making the big time. The standard of development up there is pretty dismal

Yep - plenty of Nevilles running around up there. It's more an activity for a couple of groups of mates to fill in time before the after match function than a serious sport. Always has been.

Your location still says Karratha. Back on the Tahs bandwagon too?

You're losin' it Rex. That was at Belmore and it was a oval. The woggies wouldn't have been able to play there after Kevin Ryan & Co had given it the treatment.

    Up the Berries!
