Saw Nick Cummins at the OBH today and had a quick chat to him. He says he's looking good for the round 5 return against the Reds. Other usual stuff- excited about the season, really keen to try and nail down a Wallabies spot etc. Normally I'm a bit skeptical about sports/movie stars having their public face and private face but he did strike me as a really nice/friendly guy.

A couple of years down the track now to work on his "public face" James however, I met him in that same fine venue when he first came over and he was very open and engaging, sounds like he has stayed pretty much the same which is encouraging.

Yes he does. It's hard not to notice him.

No, he knew the bloke was a winger when he paid for dinner and the movie!

Nick really is a genuine nice guy.
Badly needs a haircut though (which I told him last time I saw him).
Looking forward to big things from him when he's back from injury!
