Discuss the best "unsigned" players in the tournament ending up with (probably a few) TWF XV Selections.
For the exercise, "unsigned" means not signed to a Tier 1 Club Team (ie Super Rugby, English Premier, France, Japan etc) but can potentially be from English Div 1, Currey Cup, NPC.
Can think of a couple already putting their hands up from the Pacific Islands and the America's.
Others will see far more footage than me, so lead away.

"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
Theron at 10 from Nambia, looks good. (Only plays for Johanesburg Uni)
Simon Cron: “People talk about winning and losing all the time and they are critical, but there’s a process to get into and it’s the ability to stay present, do your job and execute skills under pressure.”
Goneva from Fiji has to take the wing....apparently plays club rugby in Fiji....until now!

Pretty impressed with the Georgian Scrumhalf last night, though not sure his status re clubs.

Any additions?

the Japanese #9 (with the performance shown in the ABs game) another player who showed Peru Peru Weepu to play.
Is Wepu in the team only to do the Haka ?
Kleeberger. The Canadian blindside. A little small, but similar to Hodgo - plays a bit like an extra fetcher. Hits heaps of rucks and disrupts the opposition ball all day.
Gorgodze the Georgian openside/8/blindside/centre - think he played all those at some stage of his 83 mins. 14 runs for 98m, 13 rucks and 3 T/O's. Won a much deserved MOM from the very brave losing (on the score sheet at least) team . Think he's signed in France though(?).
"The main difference between playing League and Union is that now I get my hangovers on Monday instead of Sunday - Tom David
Andrew Monro - the canucks 10 (especially after the dg v frogs)
