they gotta get this sorted now, they have too much money to lose
Time for the Wallabies to look for a reputable sponsor me thinks. There are probably 70,000 people not going to go near them after this, and that's only those affected today.
13,000 affected apprently
13,000 a day according to Sky News

have booked with them to Melbourne on the 17th
have 60000 ffpoints which I will use up sometime after that
then I wont bother using them again
i am meant to fly tuesday adfternoon (also out of karratha). I kinda understand what they are doing. I'm not a big fan of unions. and this was going to happen when they had the 48hr strikes any way. At least this has forced the govt to intervene, which is what i believe was the end game to them grounding.
you have to remember, if the unions struck for 2 whole days, the fleet would be grounded anyway...
i think this was the last thing that qantas wanted to do, they are going to lose so much money in lost revenue.
also the board wont be getting paid during this grounding they have said.
i'd say alliance - virgin and jetstar just got a lot busier. with cobham and all the other smaller services as well.
which site are you on Palitu?
Cape Lambert, Control Systems and Electrical. you?
management with balls
love it
