Just viewed the online version of the West Australian and there is talk that Perth Glory are moving to Scubiaco Oval due to redevelopment of NIB Stadium
With all the WA Kiwis going to be without work as the scaffolding stadium that we call NIB is being redesigned and development with movement happening in August this year (from memory) The question I have is ....Will "stage 1 of the redesign" be completed ready for Round 1 of the 2013 season or are we needing to go back to the HELL HOLE called Scubiaco Oval also.
Also "stage 1" is only the eastern stand isn't it ??
Here's a snippet of the paper
Perth Glory will consider playing occasional A-League matches away from the attendance restrictions of nib Stadium next season in anticipation of a spike in interest in the beaten grand finalists.
Glory chief executive Paul Kelly said the club would look to take some games to a bigger venue, Patersons Stadium, because the capacity at nib Stadium would be reduced to around 9500 during the venue's refurbishment
How the hell did the kiwis do it in 100 days... AND WHY CAN'T WE!!!
There is enough of them already here

I'll say this, if you think the value proposition represented by this development is lost on major resource projects looking at building stuff here, you'd be wrong...
This is part of my interview that was cut......Question...what is needed to keep players in W.A. And to attract good quality players to come to W.A? My answer....apart from a well respected coach....we need a decent world standard stadium...we have the worst in my view the worst in the Super 15! Not only for the Players here, but for the tourist potential! Hopefully we would attract international teams, which would be wonderful for the State and increasing the tourist dollar! Can the government , who has openly admitted "knows nothing about rugby" , not see that! Rant..rant..rant!
