    Was that even a rumour? I do not think he is S15 level. We will be much better off to sign Alby but I think this Japanese guy is good for commercial reason. eg. sponsorship from japan, japanese crowd in NIB or even our relationship with Japan.

    Why is a Japanese 1/2 Back even being considered, either get Alby in or a young Australian 9 for the future. Its time we start backing ourselves here in Oz n start our own conveyor belt of talent like NZ......our player numbers are the same (jnrs n snrs) our ethnic makeup is very similar. the likes of J Turner need to step up into the #2 HB roll and want the #1 spot, not settling for the #3 HB spot. Why in Oz does it take twice as long as Nz to bring on our young talentin in most cases ??

    Looks like we are actually making progress with player signings. Now that process is working where is our Assistant / Attack Coach ? It is nearly pre season time again and we need to get as much work together as possible. Are Meehan, Mulvihill , Louden, ???, still on the short list ?
