Ben McCalman, who had been part of the wider Qantas Wallabies training group, underwent surgery last evening after fracturing the radius in his forearm.
McCalman, who was returning from a nerve injury in his shoulder which had sidelined him for much of the year, is expected to be out of action for a minimum of three months.
