What I find nice is the fact that we are signing guys for 2 years giving the team stability and less likely for a player to bolt if he has a breakout first year. On the other hand it could be a disaster if they flop. Hoping for the former and find it all encouraging.

so on the release of these 3 + (With rumours of 2 others) I'm saying Seymour & maybe Rapana also going, this leaves us with an opening for (up to) 6 spots still available, with 2 development players still to be a-counted for, but I ask the questions with these 3 players signed for the 2013 season are they still counted for within the squad and salary cap ??

Says he's looking to stay with the Cheetahs. If you're wondering if he'll turn up here; I doubt it. It was Foley who benched him last season and has signed Nick Snowden from Eastwood. I'm impressed with Snowden. Skimmed through a Shute Shield match they played against Norths again today to concentrate on Chris Tua-Dads. He looks a prospect all right. Some great off-loads & the SBW "clone" even got away with a couple of shoulder charges that the original would be proud of. Catcher is it's not Super Rugby. Dave Harvey was the star, scoring twice and laying on another.

There are 31 players on the list ATM, including Turner (which says out for 2013).

So that is a full complement of 30 players, with Harvey and Sidey rumoured gone = 28

Give Brent Murphy a shot in the EPS has been around the mark for a few years went over to the shield and did well. If Foley is for real about promoting local talent this is the type of guy they need to go for.

Excuse my lack of knowledge in the WA rugby community, but are there any +202cm +120kg locks running around? Or any lads growing towards those dimensions? Or any rowers that big who want a proper job?
