the issue is his size, its why he never suceeded in the NRL and probably why he will struggle in the 15 man version of Rugby Union, id say the listed weight of 82kg would include him dripping wet with boots and all.

He is an athlete perfectly suited to 7's rugby.

could still play top level, but yeah probably on the wing or FB, 80kgs is a bit small for centre.
