PS Dinky Di, your eyes seem too close together. Can you be trusted?
In all honesty re the 18s, I don't know as I am not there to see. I will tap my sources and get you and answer as you seem interested. U18's is a tricky group as most are still at school (back to the PSA mess) but 20s (without too much "poaching") seem strong.

Now re the eyes... never trust a bird with eyes too close together and a sharp beak.

If it's true, I'm sure Mike Catt wishes he had played for England..

Not really. He's got a place in Rugby folklore - as Jonah Lomu's speed bump. He'll be dining out on that for the rest of his life.

There are such large numbers of juniors in soccer, Aussie Rules and basketball in this State, and those sports have the largest drop-out of juniors also. The rugby codes should be trying to make inroads into these numbers, but hey! Once again, thanks rugby league, for being a f##king parasite on union!

(And this is coming from someone who actually LIKES rugby league)

Used to be a nightmare for him, but the speech circuit requests would have made him some good coin.

If they're willing to put the resources in, good luck to them.

It would be preferable though, if they picked up players disillusioned with soccer, AFL and basketball; or - heaven forbid - grew their own game (which they did so successfully in the 80's and 90's); rather than raiding union ranks time and again.

The same argument can be made by an AFL fan with both rugby codes having players who may have played auskick
