Australia captain James Horwill has been cited for an alleged stamp on British and Irish Lions lock Alun Wyn Jones in Brisbane.
Horwill now faces a disciplinary hearing to be held on Sunday in Melbourne, where the Wallabies will look to level the three-Test series against the Lions next Saturday.
The Reds second row has been cited under Law 10.4 b of the IRB's disciplinary rules, for "stamping" or "trampling" on an opponent.
Losing their influential skipper would be a huge blow for Australia following the 23-21 defeat in the first Test.
