Report in today's West, for those smart enough not to have bought the propaganda rag.
"In a move designed to placate its critics, particularly from south of the river clubs, RugbyWA have announced a new restriction on Western Force players eligibility to play in the Pindan Premiership Competition.
Commencing from the next competition game, only two players will be eligible to play for any club on the same fixture date. The clubs will be able to have as many as four players on their roster, but will have to rotate those players to give them game time.
A spokesman for RugbyWA said the rationale behind the decision was to encourage borderline Force players to play for clubs other than "The Big Four" (Nedlands, Cottesloe Associates and University), and spread themselves amongst the other clubs, including Championship clubs, in the hope of getting a regular game.
"We see this as a move that will give our players much needed game time, and at the same time redeveloping loyalty to the Force from clubland supporters. Regretably, some recent decisions taken by RugbyWA has led to resentment, and we hope this will go some way to addressing this". "
