TICKETING INFO - IN THE EVENT OF A HOME FINAL
In the event we secure a home final, the
match will be played at the ‘Force Field’ on Saturday, 19 July, (Kick-off: 5.40pm). Find out all you need to know about securing tickets here.
Gotta say, that is disappointing. I could understand throwing all the existing seating out the window if they went to Subi, but why wouldn't they reward their members by giving everyone a window of opportunity to secure their own seats before throwing the remaining seats open? I sit in a large group of committed members - guess after eight years it is tough sh*t come finals and we have to sit separately. Instead, half of them may well miss out altogether...seriously, 1pm Monday - I guess no-one that supports the Force actually works then?
What time would you have them go on sale?
As I say, what I would have preferred would be existing members having all morning to find a time to secure their own tickets, then the rest can go on sale. But midday would have been more sensible - that is more commonly lunchtime. 1pm is a meeting time.
Also, it is 2014. What was wrong with Sunday; does the internet and Ticketmaster close over the weekend?
RugbyWA was obviously not going to able to please everyone with on sale times etc. 20 hours is plenty of time for members to get tickets before other categories get a crack at it.
As it happens 1pm suits me fine.
I am just glad that if we get it, then its going to be at Force Field!
bitch bitch bitch, be thankful we have the opportunity to might even be in the running to get a final instead of complaining already about your seats and the time they go on sale, fcuk me drunk
Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
I'm just excited that we have an opportunity to be in the finals. It's awesome!
Laugh and the world laughs with you.......
......cry and you'll weaken your beer
What Happy said....but he can fck some other drunk
Controversy corner
I know more than a few that will have to wait until Monday night to get their tickets, so I assume you're in the same position? If not, comes across a little bit like "Let them eat cake"...
Choice. Arguing about ticketing arrangements for a home final before we're even in the 6. Hope to f@ck the argument is still on next Monday.![]()
"The main difference between playing League and Union is that now I get my hangovers on Monday instead of Sunday - Tom David
Yep. Would love to have existing seats, but still seems like plenty of opportunity to get tickets. Borrow a colleagues iPhone if you don't have access to the Internet.
No ones problem but theirs. Given the amount of members vs the ground capacity they will probably still have the opportunity to buy tickets.
Given the email went out today surely people can arrange 5 minutes to sneak away and buy them online? Smart phone or tablets are more than capable.
Unfortunately I have a feeling this email is going to haunt them. I can't believe that they would send this out BEFORE the match. How hard would it be to have it ready to go & then send it out on Friday evening after the match IF we get the win against the Brumbies. It's not as if we're playing the Reds needing a win to secure a finals position!!!
For the record, I think that members should get 1st option on their existing seats and those who have been members from the start should get the first finals match free as a thank you for their committed support.
Regarding getting '5 minutes' to get online to secure their ticket....how often do these sites crash when there's an initial rush to get online?!?!
