The Reds are launching a recruitment drive in Fiji as they scout for talent in an attempt to rebound from 2014's disappointing Super Rugby season.
Operations manager and former Wallaby scrum-half Sam Cordingley, was on Saturday at the local league semi-final between Nadroga and Suva.
Cordingley revealed he was working on returning the Reds to the top after a dismal recent campaign and that Fiji was a good place to start.
"We have a number of foreign positions within our senior squad which open up opportunities for Fijian players and we are also open to developing players within our academy," Cordingley told AFP.
