Well, now that it's established that the assistant referee accidently took out the West's prop (and thanks for acknowledging this and apologising to all the Palmyra supporters you wickedly defamed, Rangi - not), let's look at where the competition is with four rounds to go.
Wests are clearly well out in front and will finish top of the ladder. They are favourites to take out the premiership.
But who will be the other three contenders?
Everyone has four rounds to go.
Cottesloe face Wests next week in a game they will lose, but then have an easy run to the end of the season. But they are at least five points adrift of Palmyra in third place.
Palmyra have an easier run until they meet Kalamunda in the last round. Kala still have to meet Wests in a game they will lose, and also have to face Palmyra, in a game that could go either way, with Kala having the home ground advantage. Again, they are at least five points behind Palmyra.
Nedlands, in second place, have a cake walk to the finals, and will remain second on the ladder.
Palmyra has a better percentage than Kala or Cott, so if they all end on the same points, Pally will secure third place. If Pally beat Kala they will retain third spot and Cott will be fourth. If Pally lose to Kala, Paly will retain third spot and Kala will be fourth or fifth on points or percentages. Cott will also be fourth or fifth on points or percentages.
And when it comes to the final, anything goes.

As I said after I've talked to Tyler[assistant ref] who is getting the blame for this I will either apologise or rip in.No offence but the pissed up Paly primate pigs who hang round the run on area are a fairly dodgy looking lot and I prefer dealing in facts.
Joji would send his regards but the only way he can communicate is to emit strange whistling sounds due to losing 4 teeth in a row but thanks for asking about his welfare anyway.
Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
Nothing has changed at Palmyra since I was attacked while scoring a try by a supporter using an umbrella as a weapon. Same old faces same old shit. No apology needed Westie.
Wests
Nedlands
Paly
Kala
Cott an unlucky 5th
