As long as your voting intention is clear, you can use whatever numerals you like.
Went to a talk by the ABC's Antony Green tonight. Consensus seems to be that Labor will win without too much trouble. The seats to watch are Southern River and Mount Lawley - if they go to Labor, McGowan & Co are pretty much home and hosed. Upper House is likely to be a basket case due to our electoral system in WA!

Careful what you wish for. Barnett's mob have squandered a lot of money, sure. But they came good on the NIB upgrade, went ahead with the stadium build - and told the WAFC to forget managing it. Then they arranged a record sponsorship just as our neck was on the chopping block with the axemen hovering. The other mob will get in but who knows their intentions with the sponsorship.
I am thoroughly disillusioned with politicians of all parties. I had planned to vote for an independent. He has a long track record of voluntary and community work. I was pretty disappointed when the ballot arrived and found he was contesting the other half of Mandurah and I was back to Hobson's Choice. Ruled the Libs out for parachuting in a long time party apparatchik who's just moved in and who has not shown any record of community involvement anywhere.
