Teenage prop Shambeckler Vui has been rushed to New Zealand for Western Force's Saturday night Super Rugby clash with the Blues.
Force front row stocks took a hit against the Crusaders last Friday night with Jermaine Ainsley facing at least 10 weeks on the sidelines after dislocating his left elbow and suffering ligament damage when a scrum collapsed.
Force coach Dave Wessels has begun scouring Australia and overseas for a possible injury replacement but has already called in Vui, a 19-year-old Force academy product.
Wessels has also spoken to veteran looshead prop Pek Cowan about moving to the other side of the scrum.
Cowan covered as a reserve tighthead for the Wallabies seven years ago.
Wessels described Vui as a rare talent.

10 weeks - ouch! Disappointing because ainsley has been looking very good, both at scrum time and around the ground.
Looking forward to seeing how Vui goes in super rugby though
Does the low c@&t who injured him get a 10 week suspension?

that's bitterly disappointing for both ainsley and the force. does anyone know van wyk's status?
Non sunt multiplicanda entia sine necessitate
well according to some East coast (& SA) keyboard warriors it was the Forces questionable scrummaging that got him injured
don't see how that would be the case when the Force was pushing them all over the Park until Ainsley got injured
They must be blind these keyboard warriors.....
We failed to push straight and folded in.
Pretty easy when Crockett is scrummaging against your ear.
