Hi Guys,
Just thought would update on the country cup. This cup will be made up of rep sides throughout the regional areas of WA and all games will be played in Perth. The games are fixtured to coincide with APC game Days or Western Force Games so may be oppurtunities for games to be curtain raises to APC games (most likely at Members Equity). Either way it would be great to see all TheWholeForce crew come and see some great country rugby. If you see me about come up and say gday As I wil have large involvement in the SW Team...

2 rounds then is it?
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
Heck...he's good for it.....![]()
Gerry sorry mate only just logged on again today and heading to perth this arvo so the shout will have to wait for next time....
Just a not aswell unfortunately Country Cup has been cancelled for this Year. This is due to several factors that being Geraldton couldnt commit due to travel and player committment (fair enough really considering they have no week to week comp) and Kal are looking to concentrate on building their local comp this year which will include the return of a Kambalda side.
Think these are pretty fair reasons and hopefully next year will see the country cup played with a strong committment and good quality rugby. The Southwest and Great Southern hopefully will still play a couple of rep games as curtain raisers to the NPC comp.
Cheers all

now im off too cry in the corner
my day aint getting any better
That is a shame mate, but i hope the strengthening of the comp in Kalgoorlie will improve its quality and stability, and hopefully gerro can arrange something in the near future, but good luck with all your developments, looks like that trip to gerro is off now burgs...
(frontrow consoles Krusher and says "it'll be allright buddy, there there..."
Sorry to hear about this mate, hope it doesn't affect you too greatly...
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
Hey Krusher
It is bad news all round but hopefully now that the concept is out there and everyone knows about it we can push for a great country cup next year. Hey but Great Southern will be definatley be playing the Southwest sometime during the season so your boys wont altogether miss out on getting a beating from the Southwest Mob lol....
And also hopefully we can have a couple of country v city games instead of the ususal one off...
cheers

Glad to hear Katanning are pumping along again this year and sounds as though with people as yourself pushing them along should be bigger and better then last season..
Good luck with the season ahead.
Cheers
