Does anybody have a list of the current Future Force Players and where they have come from.
We keep banging on about producing local talent, but I was talking with the father of a First Grade Player, WA born and bred, spent many years training at HQ in various squads, but cannot get into Future Force and he claims that most Future Force players hail from over East.
I would just like to see if this is the case.
Perhaps he's not good enough, or perhaps sour grapes, just want some facts if anyone can help.

TIF, I think that this link to the Western Force website should help. Looks fairly up to date to me. Unfortunately does not state where they were born except for the ones born outside of Australia.
Will Latu is from NSW.

Most are from elsewhere but some aren't and there are a couple I don't know about- Will Deardon, Cameron Ritchie and Brendan Owen. I always thought part of the Future Force was to supplement the locals that we do have.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
Found my answer thank yungfen
What is the Future Force?
The Future Force is a leading rugby academy that identifies top local, national and internationally-based young players – between the ages of 18 and 21 – and weaves them into the fabric of rugby in Western Australia.

James Verity-Amm looks like he has been a great find. I had seen him in Round 1 versus Wests and he was hyper dangerous everytime he touched the ball. Runs great lines and has great speed.
I'm not sure how up to date that is, I thought Havili had graduated

mmm a bit disappointing that we are not really developing local lads but rather importing promising young players and putting them through a very good programme.
Yeah, that was his exact point.

I know that there are limited spots available but surely we should at least now be prioritising local talent given the axe hovering over our heads...
We are only really doing what the other sides are doing. The Reds lifted Jayden Ngamanu off us and the Brumbies with Nick Jooste.
The local lads are still getting developed but they just aren't being offered a carrot to come over because they are already here.
I'm not sure if we'll ever be 100% local and I'm also not sure that would be as good as it sounds- might be a touch insular.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
It may also be cyclical. Given we only have , is it 3 Players in the U20 team? it may well be that the current group of youngsters is not up to scratch... i dont know just looking outside the box is all.
