Road Safety Western Force Head Coach Dave Wessels has praised the four men from his side that have been selected in the Wallabies squad for the June Test window.
Wessels says that it’s a testament to Ricahrd Hardwick, Adam Coleman, Dane Haylett-Petty and Tatafu Polota-Nau, who have worked hard for the Road Safety Western Force this season and Wallaby selection is just reward for their efforts.
“We’re delighted for the guys who’ve been selected,” he said. “There’s no greater honour than to get the opportunity to represent your country.
“I also know that we have a number of other players who are very close to selection, which is fantastic! One of our goals is to grow the number of Test players in our group.”
Lock Adam Coleman has also publicly committed himself to the Road Safety Western Force amid recent speculation.
“I’m excited about the direction we’re taking as a team. We have a great group of players and staff and I’m excited about what the future holds.
“The Force is my home and gave me my opportunity, I will endeavour to put my heart and soul into this club and my full focus is on winning with this team.”

Great news! Love our team 😊
Very positive comment from the big man. Shows his character. The kind of person you can build a team around.
Future captain.
Couldn't be better news- this is just so agonizing
What? Someone from the Daily Telegraph forthrightly announced publicly Adam was going to Melbourne?
Fantastic backing from Coleman by the way.
I prefer this version. Good on you Adam.
‘The Force is my home’: Adam Coleman denies he has signed for rival Super Rugby club Melbourne Rebels
Nick Taylor
Western Force and Wallabies second rower Adam Coleman has denied a claim he has signed for rival Super Rugby club Melbourne Rebels next season.
A News Corp Australia report claimed Coleman was one of up to six players who have agreed to terms with rival clubs, including the Rebels, the other franchise named by the ARU as facing the axe as they try to cut a Super Rugby franchise.
But the Force said in a statement that Coleman had “publicly committed” to the club.
“I’m excited about the direction we’re taking as a team. We have a great group of players and staff and I’m excited about what the future holds,” Coleman said in the statement.
“The Force is my home and gave me my opportunity. I will endeavour to put my heart and soul into this club and my full focus is on winning with this team.”

not to be a negative nancy but didnt Giteau or Mitchell or one our other previous high profile players say that right before they jumped ship? He hasnt come right out and said "the ink is just drying on the contract as we speak"
Dave seems pretty convinced, I guess just waiting on the negotiating team and the aru

This club has managed to generate long-term loyalty from some great players like Hodgo, Sharpie, Benn Mac and DHP, so no reason why we couldn't secure Adam as well, particularly given the current coaching and support staff seem to be well regarded by the playing group.
We just need to get past the shambles created by the ARU, so we have a future our players can invest in.
If I were a player looking at my options I'd want to be in the team with the best coach.
Right now that's The Road Safety Western Force.
Sinders did also hint last night that there are some big name players from elsewhere 'side-eyeing' the Force's rugby program as it's looking pretty good compared to what else is out there right now! Stiles and Gibson are hardly covering themselves in glory right now are they!
This is another reason why the ARU getting rid of us now would be the ultimate tragedy and the biggest disservice they could possibly do to Australian rugby right now.
It would be such an unbelievable travesty if the price to be paid for the ARU's monumental mismanagement of the game since expanding to take in Melbourne is the annihilation of what it increasing being seen as the best professional rugby program in the country!
Please bring your A-game to court Mr McCusker - the entire Australian game is depending on you!

Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
Any indication as to a potential court date might be?
Early next week was indicated last night. Then some kind of timeframe could be guestimated.
