Supporting at the Games

I think Cheerleaders arnt required. They would only play to a small proportion of the crowd at any one time anyway. I think a mascot is a great idea....How about a bloke in a robe with a long glowing sword..."The force is strong with this crowd!" No? been done before? I like the swan idea. Swans can be mean buggers, and you could beef him up easy. I think the games rock as they are !!

Couldn't blame 'em for that

I reckon the worst mascot job I've seen was about 20 years ago. I was driving along Albany Highway in Cannington. It was about 40deg and there on the footpath, waving to the passing cars, was some poor bugger dressed up in a pink "Bradford the Batt" costume. Sheesh!

I reckon we should make sure the rugby's good enough for us not to want to watch the cheerleaders, every time they showed the curves during the bulls game I was hangin' out for them to cut back to a shot of a beefy south african getting hammered in the tackle!

I was looking forward to the Bulls scoring more tries so they would pan back to the cheerleaders.....kinda glad it didn't happen now!
