Gavin Henson is named in the Ospreys side for Friday's Celtic League match after serving a seven-week suspension.{br}{br}View the Entire Article{br}
Mixed messages in this article in my opinion. He suggests that his focus is in playing for the O's but yet can't help himself by talking about if & when he can meet up with the W's squad. If he's that worried maybe his team-mates would have appreciated his support at Twickenham rather than finding out he's topping up his tan in SA while they were facing up to England with a weakened side due to his lack of disapline.
If there was ever a case of a player being selected purely on reputation rather than form and talent then this friday's game with Henson is it.
I understand the reduction in ban and the apparent cynical way it was reduced by just enough to allow him to be considered next week but he clearly has shown no remorse to the point that he still deny's any wrong-doing...is there a case for reinstating the original ban until he admits culpability...I think not, shame on him.
