Let me start this by saying - this is not an attempt at offering an excuse for any organization. This is a theory totally out of Left - or is it Right- field.
Here we go (again)
There are no Western Force players in the Wallabies squad because all Force players are playing under Global Rapid Rugby contracts that are undersigned by Hong Kong Rugby Union. As they are not under RA contracts they aren't eligible for selection. Tho - technically they are not eligible for Hong Kong selection as they don't satisfy the Residency conditions.
The above is a theory - It doesn't reflect what I believe is the real reason why Force players failed to make the Wallabies Squad.

May I state the unthinkable, and suggest that no current Western Force players were selected because they were assessed to be not quite good enough?
That's the price you pay for for being an oracle of reality, X.
Wear the odium as a badge of honour.
I do.
I think inbetween the PONI selection and the Wallabies Squad - the RA Lawyers realised that the GRR contracts weren't RA contracts.

What I don't get is who is trolling who.![]()
There are no trolls here - only billy goats.
Before the Rugby authority that used to represent us, albeit as a abused partner for many years, finally put an end to us?
But to the original point in this thread, stop being an enabler. The ARU/RA are generally pricks, ever since the Force were originally commenced, the decisions on players for the Wallabies are potentially correct right but do you really need to constantly try to heal these wounds. You've clearly been out of WA for too long if you think that will ever happen.
I guess you never read the part I wrote.
But thats OK -Let me start this by saying - this is not an attempt at offering an excuse for any organization. This is a theory totally out of Left - or is it Right- field.
Its great to have you join the people that criticize me because I don't live in WA. Its OK BLR - I was born in WA. Doesn't matter how long I haven't lived in WA - I'm still from WA. I have a birth certificate to prove it. Happy to show my Birth Certificate on request.

I assume there a fair few players not currently on RA/Wallaby top up contracts that made the squad.

I wasn't referring to Top Ups from RA - but any contract for any Brumbies, Rebels, Reds, Waratahs player would have to be approved/signed off/authorised by RA as the Parent Union. A Western Force GRR contract would possibly/potentially have to be signed off by HongKong Rugby as the Parent Union of the GRR Competition.

According to an article in The Australian dated February 18 2018 "Any player who turns out for the Western Force this season or in future can be considered for Australian Test selection."

"RA deputy chairman Brett Robinson... confirmed that, from RA’s perspective, the main stumbling block had been dealt with. We are comfortable with any of the footballers playing with the Force being considered for the Wallabies,” Robinson told The Australian yesterday.
