I might have to tally how many points your mob score against the same opposition my mob have faced so far.
Yours did great today, but did us no favours with the chooks next week. It was a fitting match for such a day, with both teams spending the lot
3 of the ones you want to punt had blinders today. 80 minute shift from McGuire, Woods played best I've seen for years (prolly doesn't say a lot) and Hunt was outstanding.
Looks like Trent has the full support of the Bulldogs Board.
80 Minutes, 15 Positions, No Protection, Wanna Ruck?
Ruck Me, Maul Me, Make Me Scrum!
Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
Which is pretty irrelevant evidently.![]()

I'm never sure sacking the coach is the answer in these situations. The Dogz are a bit like another team I follow. Playing ok without getting wins. Till recently at least. Billy Kikau, Reid Mahoney might have second thoughts now, as well as Burton. I'm still shitty on the Dean Pay fiasco. They were playing for him with a mob of ressies and played like busteds all 2021 after he left.
Trent Barrett is lucky he's pretty because he sure as hell can't coach
Also - West Coast Bears?
The Western Australian government have shown great interest in a possible merger with the North Sydney Bears in a bold bid to be the NRL’s 18th team.
The Daily Telegraph’s Phil ‘Buzz’ Rothfield revealed that the Western Australian government are interested in merging with the North Sydney Bears to become the NRL’s next expansion team.
The Minister of Sport for WA David Templeman and Chief Operating Officer at VenuesWest Peter Bauchop jetted off to Brisbane for Magic Round, speaking with NRL powerbrokers about the possibility of joining forces with one of rugby league’s oldest clubs.
“The Western Australian government sent their minister for sport and the boss of venues WA to Brisbane for the weekend to have meetings with key people at the NRL and a couple of club sides, trying to look at ways of launching a bid for an 18th team,” Rothfield told Sky’s Big Sport Breakfast.
“They reached out to the North Sydney Bears to form an alliance in which they would probably play ten to a dozen home games in Perth each year at the rectangular stadium (HBF Park) there, but then play four at North Sydney Oval.

Tellem they're dreamin.
I think it might have been Chibi who suggested googling Bears Perth. Not that I'm anti-bear or nuffink. I hear some are quite cuddly.![]()
Hey Jargs; I hear Hook wants to unload Tariq Sims. We'll do you a 2 for 1 swap. You take Vaughn & Dufty back. Deal?

No deal.
Also I thought Sims had already signed with Melbourne?
Did everyone stop tipping or did I somehow miraculously catch up?
(Obviously didn't catch up to Chopper)
Bludgers the lot of you (ignoring we all got the same score last week because I didn't tip either)
Not given up, they stopped sending out reminders to tip after super rugby and it’s hard enough remembering the kids names when I wake up 😋
ARLC chairman Peter V’landys says he hasn’t been approached directly..............However, Morrison has indicated that he wants to be involved in the running of the game in the future.
.....thank f@ck for that! There are currently no vacancies on the commission
