So, here it is, 22k posts of varying degrees of dribble...
1k per Squad member in the days I played...
It has been a long ride from almost the start of TWF via a couple of years layoff.
I will admit I became quite jaded by the petty and frankly pathetic quibbling of a few years ago and am pleased that seems to have subsided.
To me, TWF (and other online engagement) has always been a place to enjoy and treat others as you would in person. Somewhere to discuss a topic I love in Rugby and building friendships that inevitably overflow into other aspects of life. This has been no truer in recent weeks catching up in person with long term TWF mates.
I appreciate this isn't necessarily the values others bring to a given online forum, but I believe it has proven here at least it is what brings the best from the experience.
Thanks to our Founder Coach for your ongoing service and friendship, it is safe to say your "baby" brings greater joy &/or distraction to others than you will ever fully know.
Thanks also to the Mods and Financial Contributors for your investment in keeping things on track.
And finally thank you to all of those who continue to post, comment or just read along.
Despite, or perhaps in spite of, the current turmoil, here's to a more positive era for Force, WA and Australian Rugby ahead.
