What pathways, your squad is all from eastern states. Force came back in talking about local players and all you've done is taken players off the other franchises. Which was the whole reason you were cut the first time.

Takes a little time when you're not routing the salary cap mate!

We'll get there as we have the time.... unlike yourselves!

Feel really sorry for you bro. You obviously love your union. Its a damn shame the self proclaimed sporting capital of world won't have the game they play in heaven

Someone tell him we had as many Westozzies in our team as there were in his tonight.

Actually, it seemed like they tried too hard and threw too many iffy passes. And this week they didn't stick
Bugger. Being realistic the next 2 matches are a tough ask.

Should have put the BP away way before BK knocked on at the end. Opportunity missed!

Tizzano and Pearce are the only locals out of the match day 23 squad, the Force have had 20 years to develop local talent, been a massive failure to invest time and effort into our own, every coaching set up the Force has had has failed miserably to address this. Rebelsman is only saying what those that go down and support local club rugby are thinking

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

The team is believing and playing some great rugby as a result . Brilliant !!
    Keep going…..
Perhaps for another thread…. I really feel for the young players caught up in the underhand downright dishonest egotistical administration of our game both in Melbourne and Sydney. There is some outstanding talent being screwed over AGAIN……Hang in both coaches and players… what more can you say ….

We are hamstrung by the lack of a 3rd tier. Things were better with the NRC. You look at a guy like Grason Makara or Alex Masibaka. Good players, but not making the 23 so they are languishing, and ultimately choose to leave. The Cheetahs series is trying to address that. QLD and NSW have stronger club comps, but the lure of the NH is ever stronger. At our local peak (2017), with an NRC running, we had 12/36 locally developed players in our squad.

33%; a large number of whom ended up in Melbourne. Numbers the Rebels still don't match & still including WA players. That despite beginning with a shitload of player concessions producing a "World XV" - that flopped.
Anyone who isn't grinding an axe or understandably hurting like Rebelman can see that with an objective look at the facts. Next year's fush n chups wrapping.

How good is back to back wins, and at home too.

It was great to be able to share it with the players and their families by being allowed on the field after the siren.

Great defence as we kept the Tahs scoreless for 73 minutes.

119 Tackles with a completion rate of 88.8%

    4 turnovers won.

In attack 480 Metres gained from 122 carries.

24 Defenders beaten, 4 clean breaks and 9 offloads.

While Donaldson was again in great form for me it was yet again Reed Princep who laid the platform for that win and was my Man of the Match.

Just about all the players had a good game, and once again special mention to Stewart, Kuenzle, Rodda, Williams and a very special mention to Harry Hoopert just back from serious injury.

    Attack stats first up:

White, Donaldson, Stewart, Kuenzle and Beale forming a formidable partnership.

Williams, Wells , Horton, Tizzano and Rodda going well in the fowards, but that man Princep again a stand out.

    The defence stats:

Princep again a monster in defence, backed up by Williams, Hoopert and Tizzano and Rodda.

Stewart as always in the numbers and Horton, Harris and Kuenzle again featuring.
