What happens in Prems now

Could someone please explain to me what the f*** is going on with the Premier Grade comp.
Last I heard was after round 10 (now completed) the ladder would split, based ridiculously on last year's finishing spots.
That meant of course UWA were bottom because they lost all their points because they had no juniors.
The politics behind the decision to change relegation/promotion last season were well and truly in play when it was realised UWA would have to go down.
God forbid that would happen.
How could RWA's President ever show his face at McGillivray again?
But that's a discussion for another day because RWA's website is showing a ladder called pool-default that has UWA fifth.
Have they decided to change things again.
Anyone have any answers please? Maybe Fulvio can help.
