ACT Brumbies coach Laurie Fisher has dismissed reports star centre Matt Giteau has already decided to depart the club at the end of the current Super 14 season.{br}{br}View the Entire Article{br}
While I would like to see him in Perth, I think the most courageous decision for him to make would be to go to Brisbane, as the Inside Centre, to start playing outside Berrick Barnes as one of the first links in the Wallaby backline post France '07.
I don't see Gits ever being a selected Five Eight for the Wallabies, so he has to play either Inside Centre or Half Back and his most explosive (and proven) position is at 12, making space between the loose forwards and the modern day Goliath Outsides.
The young lad is playing it very cool and I can't blame him. Big decision to make at this stage in his career. I reckon his most corageous decision would be to join the Force......I mean to chuck himself into the unknown it would certainly be a big coup for us.
Go the Force.....come on Matt show us your metal.
Just happy to be here
Yeah Matt if you sign for the Force, Burgs will take care of all your BBQing and steak needs![]()

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
