Here is the October 2015 Friends of Sydney University Football Club list

    https://www.sydneyunirugby.com.au/fi...t_Oct_2015.pdf

Featuring those so called independent members of NSW and Australian Rugby who have ruined the game under both organisations. Mr Buildcorp Tony Sukkar the husband of Jacqueline who was on the committee responsible for ARU board nominations.

This is a club that was struggling in the mid 90s that went from that to hoarding Super Rugby players in two grades (got to win the club championship) and won successive titles while the competition lost its competitive edge. No surprise that the current re-birth has come through Sydney Uni not winning recent titles.

I'm as dirty on the ARU leadership as any of you. But those blokes involved in a low-level embezzlement through a unit trust?? You are talking about wealthy people here. Clyne was earning salary of $7-10 million a year with NAB for 7 years. I can't imagine someone with that kind of dosh chancing criminal conduct for a few hundred thou. Which is about all that could have been involved if they all held units. That's not to say that a couple of the less well-off suspects didn't have their fingers in the till. Senators seemed to suspect something there. Proving it is the problem.

Try Googling the name at the top of that list and check his business associates. Then relate that to Pulver's evidence where he responded to senator Reynolds and mentioned the multiple internal reviews of the ARU administration.

I see that Allaway is going to be speaking with the independent ARU Director Ann Sherry.

I assume that is scheduled for November this month.

At the very least both the ARU and MRRU have provided inaccurate and misleading information to their independent auditors in relation to their end of year financials. Clyne and Pulver definitely know better.

The one I found interesting is his venture capital entity; Allaway, Hawker, Williams. He's the only one not make the Wallabies (nor the board of the FUARU).

    Independant review.

These 'people', the current RA Board Members have a lot at risk at the moment. They make all (ALL) of their money by sitting on multiple boards. In cases like these, if they are found guilty, they can be banned from holding any directorship for multiple years.

What we are hearing is a lot of the key decisions were made by Cox, Todd, Clyne and Pulver. These were not 'Board' decisions but decisions sanctioned in retrospect.

Allaway was high up in Fairfax and ex Fairfax CEO David Kirk is a friend of Sydney Uni FC no wonder that it took Spiro until his retirement to hammer the ARU.

I look at these things more from a "consultancy fees" angle. I wonder who did the other 12 reviews besides the Saltbush Capital job.

Apart from Mark Arbib there were a load of 'internal' reviews. Not sure if Crawford ran a report.

This is before we discuss the reviews that each Super Rugby side has had.

Sen. Reynolds said to Pulver that she wanted a copy of each review and I have yet to see that be submitted back to the Inquiry. I know Pulver loves confidentiality so it could be in the confidential submissions. The Arbib review is still online completely not in confidence.

De Clyne's testimony stated that the ARU had supplied answers to the questions on notice and Senator Siewert indicated on the day of the second public hearing that they had "just arrived" so I assume the ARU cloak of invisibility has been applied.

I see Gerard Ryle has been busy since blowing the lid off Firepower. I wonder if he's finished with the rich and famous for a while. Maybe he could help out with an investigation of Imperium Sports.

Maybe you could bring Imperium to his attention and send him some of the juicy stuff from the senate inquiry submissions/testimony
