So is anyone thinking yes made perfect sense to cut the Force yet or confirming that they screwed us royally?
I have to keep stop listening as its seems a bit of a clusterf&^k by the senators at times and Pulver keeps pulling the confidential card..(reminds me of the safety card being used at work)
#FU ARU
"May I assure you I have just begun to fight mate" Twiggy Forrest, 05/09/17
They're asking what other parties did the ARU have discussion with over taking over the Rebels..Bill not answering..very interesting
How can you claim confidentiality at a Senate Enquiry?

That was in relation to the initial sale of the Rebels licence to Imperium I thought? The inference being if it was sold to a different party with a greater financial capacity to run the team the ARU may not have had to pump in the 13 Million into the Rebels and the ARU would have been in a far better financial state.
I think thats where they were going with that. As I have said I think the Senators are a bit all over the shop.
Senators missing the point that if the Rebels had been insolvent then their licence would have reverted to the ARU, but the ARU pumping money into them stopped that..........because they wanted to keep the Rebels.
if they were going to redistribute the $6m from a team to the other FOUR that's an increase of $1.5M per team. If however one team claims complete financial independence (Twiggy financ8ng the Force), then the $6m becomes $12m, and is distributed between THREE teams at $4M per team. Not including said axing being the Rebels, which would save at least several more millions in backhanded and forgiven debts

Moono74 ... not too late to make a submission stating that explicitly
Have they raised anything about the "Own the Force". That proved there were funds to keep the Force going months ago
Sometimes they seem to be aimless, sometimes on target
Interesting discussion about the meeting in Adelaide with Twiggy. Pulver saying it was ‘almost impossible’ at that point in time to allow the Force back, despite Twiggy’s offer as the Rebels licence had been transferred to the ARU..
Only scenario would have been if the VRU had declared themselves insolvent..
And yet they had refused to meet him up until that point. Perhaps so that they would not have to consider his offer until it was too late?
The VRU are insolvent after spending the $1

It might be interesting if they can get the other mob that tried to buy the Rabble in to testify next time. Or if they forego their right to confidentiality. Could Clyne/Pulver still refuse to give details?
Pulver seems very uneasy on that point.
Anyone know what time Rugby WA are scheduled today?
