now I think (I posted up the schedule the other day somewhere)
"12 Years aSupporter" starring the #SeaOfBlue
Has someone not already covered that. For mine the big thing is the untied funding of the Rebels as opposed to the Force being made to sell their IP and licence in order to get funding when the preference of the Force was to just get a loan to pay back. The implication being the ARU had been setting the Force up termination for some time.
Unfortunately I think our legal team around the Alliance Agreement also made a couple of errors in considering the implications of some of the definitions and clauses in the agreement. Selling your licence back to the ARU should have rung alarm bells and water tight terms were needed that weren't open to interpretation.
Biggest bit of new(ish) info for me listening to that interrogation was the admission by Puller that the Victorian government contributions figured highly in their financial assessments, despite the fact that he wouldn't divulge any further information (but how does confidentiality work in a senate enquiry?).
And it's pretty obvious that without Alison's work on all the $$ numbers, this enquiry wouldn't be going anywhere....
I do love that Puller started off as smug-bastard, and was reduced to frustration during the questioning (some of which was a bit bizarre I must admit). I'd love to know what then went on "on camera"...which seems to be a rather bizarre description for something that requires the public to leave, and the audio to be switched off.
Senator Reynolds pulverizing Pulver
The truth may set you free, but only evidence convicts
Audio not live yet.
Is there a different link or is the hearing delayed?

Lol it's "in camera". Latin for meeting in a private chamber
The long sobs of autumn's violins wound my heart with a monotonous languor
RugbyWA making a nice opening statement
I wonder if Pulver is still in the room?
Good to see Sinders talk about Clark and his ties to the Rebels
Mark has pointed out the closeness of the timeline between Alliance and 4 Teams
Also pointed out Rob Clarke's support for the Rebs and subsequent employment
