I sent the payment in back in late October 2010 and the credit card account was debited about 2 days' after. 5 months later and 6 weeks into the season, I get the cards - perhaps I could charge them interest on the funds?
I'm jack of the whole business, mate. We've been gold members since 2006 and I'm tired of being mucked around by a bunch of apparently indifferent apparatchiks.
If I could find a :don't give a sh!t anymore: smiley, I'd use it.
Send an official complaint letter (ie old school with an envelope and stamp...) to the Board Trevor, gets it on the minutes that way.
Unless they get negative feedback they will continue to fart arse about in the name of cost savings and bean counters.

Could get a good response from the Expat crowd that only want to see their ex-countries teams play?
Or even better I know when I was Fly-In Fly-Out I was loath to miss games but did due to the roster, now this idea has a lot of potential when you consider how many people work away.
