i don't need to get it, got a mate who has it, if i get desperate i will go around to his place.
6 nations just head to a pub that has it, and Carbon at the casino has it as well.
Foxsports covers my sports needs adequetly, i assume the Football you speak of are the other European championships? The only thing in the Magners and Guinness thingys i would be interested in seeing is the impact of the ELV's

No it's got the Benderslega (Spelling??) Scottish premier league, alot of stuff that Barcelona (don't mind him he's from Spain) play in plus other leagues. It is Football, Football, Football and then a game or two of Rugby.
I only get it because of my shift hours and when I get home in the wee hours I usually get to watch something. They also show my home ground of Rodney Parade with the Dragons playing so that is worth the $14.95 a month just for that.
meh, the other European Leagues don't interest me.
English Premier League is enough, and of course the A-League, which obviously isn't to the same standard and makes it's return this weekend.
I'm pretty sure that you said there was Rugby coverage on ESPN as well?

Its worth the 5 minute commentating from the American before a game to watch the Heineken Cup games.
Once they start they go to the correct commentators. There was a game last year between two Irish teams (Although I think this was a Magners league game on Setanta more likely) and the Irish commentator got a little bit excited when the centre got a break down the middle. He screamed with excitement "OH great Fu**ing pass!!!" to which the commentry box went dead, even after he put the ball down it was quiet until one of them piped up and said "Yes a good try there".
It was hilarious.Now
now thats commentary

Yeah but that's the only game I've seen with a septic commentator so far, the Heineken Cup games have good commentators. I thought the most annoying part of that game was the Referee, man could he shout. He was miked up as per normal but the poor touchies must have had bleeding ears after that game.
Seeing this is an ANZ cup thread I am going to point out that I am now a Taranaki Rugby fan based solely on the fact they are the same colours and hoop patterns of Newport RFC where I was born. A club side that has beaten the Wallabies, NZ and SA as previoulsy mentioned.
Not being too familiar with the sides and rivalries involved (apart from Super 14) I usually only sit down and switch it on when I am absolutley desperate for a Rugby fix, same with the saffer cup

Yeah, we're poor referees, but if there's a former (and always US Marine with a mic,) then everyone will pay attention... good commentary folks, it indicates that our officiating needs to improve just as much as our playing!!! harsh? no, just truthful.. we have a long way to go!!!
