With respect to all, X's point is backed up by the laws "the referee is the sole judge......" and therefore, by definition is always correct, even when they're biased and unreasonable.
Coops, for example, is very eager to ensure that there is no accusation of him favouring the Force (likely a career move) this can sometimes be interpreted as bias, but in reality, Nobody can red card Andrew Ready if he doesn't throw that punch. No matter how biased the referee is, the team are the ones in control of the way they play and they need to get better at playing up to and within the line that is set. That's what the Kiwis are so good at and the Aussies, for the most part, are pretty sucky at.

Terrible time for the game tonight. Most of the kids are going to be in bed asleep by kick off and most Dads probably pissed and falling asleep during the second half! Bloody East coast!
May the FORCE be with you!
Pretty much agree with what you say, but would note that Val said reffed, not penalised. If only one side were being penalised for offside, they can absolutely take a step back. That will stop them getting penalised, but it won't stop the opposition making a couple of easy yards every time they carry or consistently catching the team behind the advantage line when going the other way. Over eighty minutes that is inevitably going to tell, otherwise teams would always stand deep in attack and defence.
Faulting the ref hours before kick off is a new one.
The game is way too early SNOB. We have to drop the grandson off at 4:30 in Baldivis, then drive to the game rather than go by train. This will see me struggle with the traffic on the freeway and only contribute a pittance to the members bar takings. Why can't they consider MY personal circumstances???

Also - is Kieran injured?
This would be correct, X, if the ref were refereeing both sides equally. The Roar commentary for last week's game had the Tah's fans mentioning how the ref was only pinging the Force for offside, while they freely admitted that their own team were offside at almost every ruck.
I heard one of the TJs calling offside on the Tahs and Berry completely ignoring him. I suspect that is why when McIntyre kicked a penalty for touch and it seemed too long and went dead, the TJ ran to the 5m line. The Tahs players complained, and went to Berry, who went to the TJ and asked if the ball went dead, and the TJ held his ground at the 5m line. The TJ was trying to even up the reffing.
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
not sure the Force have gelled yet,Rebels by 8
Toni Pulu in, Brache out, must have recovered early.
Where is everyone?
May the FORCE be with you!
Doesn't look like the attack is clicking this week.
Rebels not taking points is keeping us in the fight, they appear to have done their research on the ref
