"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Yup, and it would nice for newbies to be able to vote once too without having to trawl through the dim dark recesses of the Public Bar
They can leave that to old booze hags like us Exile![]()
There's been quite a few new members sign on since the last update to this Poll, any updates from the newbies?
Remember, you don't have to post (although we would all enjoy it if you did!) just cast your "votes" to let us know.
Same goes for all the Polls on TWF, don't feel compelled to write something if you don't want to, your contribution through just being part of the Poll is greatly appreciated by all![]()
"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
member of west coast for a few years now, just started following the super league week in week out when the force came along. dieard supporter now and will be first in line for next seasons memberships.
I wasn`t allowed to become a member this year, as the missus and i had a baby due and finances were tight, etc etc, blah, blah. You get the idea. But have been given permission to become a force member next year if I`m a good dad, but i was allowed to get foxtel to watch games, (which my new son and i do when i`m home)....So, other than next years membership, i haven`t been poached from any other club. P.S. Maybe i can sign the little fella up as well

Oh sh#!, you mean i`m not allowed to do that.....She`s gonna kill me.
I`ll just blame the boy, and say he did the reverse nappy trick, as he is extremely clever, in a not so clever way
I have always wanted to become a Parramatta Eels member, but league doesn`t appeal to me any more, so it looks like i will definately be a Force member next year (nappy incidents not taken into account)
Also a member of East Perth Royals.
Was also a member of Perth Heat/Western Heelers when they were around.
Been a member of Swan Districts Football Club since 1979 on and off.
We have a family association going back to my Pop, just after WW2.
I remember about 10-15 years ago wildcat games at the entertainment center was the shizit! Everyone used to go and the stadium was packed! Now i wouldn't even know when the games were on if i didn't drive passed challenge stadium and see the poster.
Having just committed to my new home, Membership next year has been relegated to the backburner, but will be allowed to attend the occasional game when in town. Does anyone know where i can get a shirt for my little fella, Western Force of course
