I sent it to Rugbywa as you suggested TEF and this was the reply:

I spoke to Stuart (Rugbywa Events\Match Coordinator) and he's a bit tied up with the arrangements for the awards night, but he will contact me in a couple of weeks to arrange a meeting.

I'm busy fine tuning the slideshow, added another song and used 95 photos, will post when done. This will be the one I'll take to Rugby WA.
