I think it is a pretty good squad the only name I miss there is John Ulugia(Brumbies) otherwise it is a super squad Can see big things for Australia with Robbie Deans behind the wheel
With Mitchell, Staniforth, Fafa and Hockings injured and not included the :force is not as well represented as one would have hoped but it is still a long way to go before the world cup
a few quality players on the injured list......
hopefully not serious and can join the new squad soon!
they all played well this year and without injury they should all have been in the Wallabies squad or Australia A for Hockings?
Their selections are what shocked me the most. Who would EVER replace Gerrard? I'm gonna miss him this year![]()

"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
digby is missing the great coaching he was getting over here i think - its really showns year that he has gone backwards, ball handling was Ok but decision making and shocking dengerous tackles make me very surprised to see him included
sorry i did miss Ashley-cooper although i think Tyrone Smith played better than him this year.
Sorry Burgs. Wasn't sure if I'd get in trouble with the new mandate thingo if I posted the whole article or the list of players.
Gerard didn't have the best of seasons. As a utility back, Sheps and Ashley-Cooper went better, and as for wings - Lote was a given. I am sure you will find that Drew will waltz straight into the other slot.
The backs look great - I am a little concerned about our forward pack. Even if the Media love that Tah's front row - I am not convinced. Maybe the ChCh Man can bring something to the table.
Knuckles must be irate - for once he can't load his team up with Maroon Koalas!!!
gerrad should be in the wallabies... he is good.
A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...
Courtesy of quality South African commentry
looks good
its good to see ryan cross made it, i wonder where he is going to play. Inside centre is the only vacant spot unless giteau plays there.
13 tahs players and no tahu, lol.
Why is old man cordingley in the team for, he's off to Europe.. i thought that as soon as a player signs for a european team that there international career is no longer.. by the way there is better number 9s out there than Cordingley the car man
