It sort of depends on whether the capitulation on Friday was due to an instruction from the bench to ease up, or the players deciding that they'd done enough after 45 minutes and they could slope off early for a jar.

If the former, JM needs to get his head examined, but it can be fixed, and if the latter then the players don't fear him enough, and that may be terminal.
