im on a wireless connection so not worth streaming tv im afraid... eats up too much quota... which is why i was after Radio, live foxtel is better but i was hoping to avoid leaving the house and have to come home to the dogbox

yep. am in a similar boat. am on site and some arse bandit in a posistion of power (rnt they all) decided he wanted to watch more fumbleball. so he had fox 3 changed to fox footy about 8 weeks ago. and i cant get it changed back. even though there is now live AFL on 2 channels and no super rugby... i love it how one fag can speak for all 4500 people on site

According to "him in doors"....who is a FIFO person, they lose the FOX satellite connection many times on site....and the home connection last night was pretty useless due to "inclement" weather!

yep. it does.
without sounding like the typical Fly in fly out worker, it's 2012, you would think that things would be a bit more hospitable in camps which are basically your home.
i understand that things are unquestionably better than 20 years ago. and so they should be!

Yep, can't tell you how many times I've booked a hotel based on it having "Fox Sports Channels" to find it only has FoxSports 1 & 2 and our game is on FS 3
