    I just bought a house and finished renovating it too.

    I used to love "etc" Hydrangea, and have easy access to beer as well. Could be something in this down the road.
    Congrats exile, and in Sydney. Must have a few vdollars, sorry, aussie dollars to be able to afford that. I like the idea of the beer garden, I`m gonna have a spa with a gazebo designed around it with built in bar. Once again, though, the missus is trying to curb my enthusiasm and is trying to stop my grand plans. The way i see it, if i can cut costs on things like landscaping (ie TLH working for beer, etc, and also other mates who can do tiling and building the gazebo, also working for beer and etc, well you get the general idea), then the money saved should be used on my grand plan.....
    Sorry to bruce, i`ve been dribbling sh*t about something that doesn`t relate to this thread, so i must agree that the framing job looks fantastic, and i can`t wait to see it when i next visit JBs, or if i`m lucky enough to win it.

    I had a friend who taught out there, stayed a few times...
    Nice place, similar to Yanchep in that it isn`t too far out, but still relatively quite. Good on ya Lonzy
